During 23 years, the owners have transformed this estate into a permaculture of exceptional beauty. The finca is self-sufficient in many aspects. Apart from an annual run, to stock up on staples such as pulses and grains, the owners can stay here for months on end. An overall tropical feel, with frangipani flowers, tamarind trees and over 20 varieties of palm trees. There is an organic cornucopia of herbs, spices, fruit and vegetables all grown here: smoky cherry-tomatoes, elderberry, macadamias, mangos, mulberries and the amazing San Pedro cactus, to name but a few. Colmenar Cork Oak Forest
This is a very special property located in the heart of the Los Alcornocales Forest in Colmenar, Cortes.
